Dan Brittsan has practiced law in Colorado since 1989. Dan earned his bachelors degree from Hiram College, Hiram OH and his law degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1988. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1989. Additionally Dan has practiced before the U.S. District Ct., District of CO and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 10th Cir.
Dan brings a wealth of experience to the firm. Before returning to school to become an attorney he was a Probation Officer for 10 years in Littleton, Colorado. While completing his law degree he gained 3 years of insightful experience as a Law Clerk to an 18th Judicial District Judge. Dan has been in private practice as an attorney since 1989. Dan is married and has two adult children. He is an active volunteer with the Colorado Special Olympic events and is a local coach to high school moot court participants. He enjoys Golf, reading and traveling.
